Stewardship is my ongoing service for looking after business software and the processes it supports. We agree which systems I’m responsible for, what I’ll maintain or develop, and what needs your approval.
What that can include
Delivery
Coordinate the people and software suppliers involved in an agreed change.
Reliability
Check that agreed automations and connections are running, review reported problems and arrange repairs.
Results
Explain what changed, what it costs to run and which decisions need your attention.
Before we begin, the agreement names the systems covered, my working capacity, response arrangements and recurring fee. It also defines the decisions I may make and what you receive if someone else takes over. Your company keeps control of its data and accounts.
Continuing responsibility
Someone should own the result after launch.
As your AI Operating Partner, I help you choose improvements and take responsibility for the systems we agree I’ll manage. We specify what that means in your business, including the approval and reporting arrangements.
