Evidence from use
We test the new process alongside the existing one where practical, record the results and make an explicit decision about continuing.
An example
A proposal starts with the company’s knowledge.
Today
A request arrives by email. You search for similar work, pull together the scope and pricing history, then prepare the proposal. Much of the time goes into assembling what you need to exercise judgment.
The redesigned workflow
The request is read and matched to relevant company records. Missing details are flagged. A draft arrives with its sources and the decisions that need you. You approve the price, scope and customer promise.

Time released can create capacity. Cash savings require an actual spending change. The result makes clear which benefit occurred.
Scope and handoff
You know what you are buying.
The read informs a fixed scope, price and timetable. Before work begins, we agree access, examples, responsibilities and acceptance criteria. Delivery includes documentation, a way to handle failures and a person responsible for daily operation.
If the evidence supports continuing, we choose the next redesign. Ongoing responsibility is agreed through Stewardship.
