We meet privately on Google Meet. Open your app and a relevant example, and we’ll begin there.

You control what you share. Use a redacted example if the work contains sensitive information, and keep passwords in your own account. If you need an NDA, contact me before booking so we can arrange it.
Do I need to know exactly what to ask?
A rough explanation is enough. Show me what you were trying to do and where it became frustrating. Part of the session is finding the question that will move the work forward.
Which AI apps can we work with?
Bring the app you use: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, Notion AI, or another tool. I’m app-agnostic. We start with your goal and current setup. If the issue needs specialist access or knowledge beyond what I can responsibly help with, I’ll say so.
Should I choose 30 or 60 minutes?
Choose 30 minutes when you can show one specific issue quickly. Choose an hour when we need to understand the context, inspect several examples or try an approach together. If you are unsure, email a short description before paying.
How confidential is the conversation?
I treat your business information and the conversation as confidential. I won’t publish or share your material as an example without your permission. Recording and AI meeting assistants are off by default; we discuss and agree before using either. Tell me before booking if you need an NDA. The apps you choose still have their own data policies and settings, so use redacted examples when appropriate.
Can we actually work in my app during the session?
Yes. Share your screen and stay in control of your account. We can inspect outputs, adjust a prompt or setting, and test a small change when it fits the time. You do not need to send passwords. A complete build or substantial implementation would need its own agreed scope.
What if we cannot solve the whole problem?
Some problems need permissions, more testing or work beyond a single session. We use the time to understand the obstacle and identify a credible next step. A complete fix or a particular business result is not guaranteed. Any further work is your choice and is agreed separately.
What do I receive afterward?
Within two business days, you receive a PDF review covering what we examined, the reasoning, decisions and next steps. It also distinguishes what we established from what remains uncertain. One email clarification within seven days of receiving the review is included, with a corrected PDF if needed.
How do payment and booking work?
Pay a 60% deposit through Stripe: $150 for 30 minutes or $240 for an hour. You return here to choose your time through zcal. The remaining $100 or $160 is due after the session through a separate payment link; it is not automatically charged. All prices are in USD. Use the same email address for payment and booking.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Use the rescheduling link in your zcal confirmation or contact jacob@brandnewcolors.com as soon as possible. Contact me directly about cancellation or refund requests. If you need a particular date or have a question about arrangements, email me before paying.
Will I be expected to buy a larger engagement?
A session stands on its own. You can book another when it is useful. If your question grows into company-wide AI work, we can discuss that separately, with a clear scope and price.
How is this different from the $999 Read?
This session follows the specific question or problem you bring. The Business Nervous System Read examines how the company operates and recommends an economically credible first move. Choose a private session for help with the work already in front of you.
