Before you pay

Use the same email address in Stripe and zcal so your deposit and appointment can be matched. A deposit covers one session of the selected length.

Need a particular date or an NDA? Email Jacob before paying. For rescheduling, use your calendar confirmation or contact Jacob. Cancellation and refund requests are handled directly by email.

Scope: we work within your 30 minutes. The session includes guidance and small live adjustments where practical. A finished build or a particular result is not guaranteed; further implementation is separately agreed.

Privacy: recording and AI meeting assistants are off by default. Share only material you are authorized to share; the apps you use retain their own data policies. Read all session details.
