Send a few details through the workflow form. I’ll respond personally, usually within two business days, and arrange a 20-minute call when there is a useful fit.
You walk me through the work as it exists. I’ll ask what takes time, where context has to be reconstructed and which decisions need your judgment.
You leave with a clear next step. When a read makes sense, it is $999 and stands on its own.

A continuing engagement gives me access to the relevant work and a clear mandate to carry the change forward.
Get one meaningful change into use
The first workflow runs with the people who will rely on it. I track corrections, adoption, cost and the difference from the baseline.
Review the results together
A regular working review resolves decisions and blockers. A monthly written update explains what changed, what it cost and what the evidence supports next.
Decide how to continue
At the 90-day review, we examine the results and remaining opportunities. The next scope follows the evidence and the capacity you want the company to gain.
The opening 90 days belong to a separately scoped engagement after the read. Its fee, access and delivery timetable are agreed before it starts.

Does this work for a one-person company?
Yes. The practice works with established businesses doing $500k+ in annual revenue, including one-person companies. Your own time, expertise and capacity can be the economics worth changing. We scope the work accordingly.
Do I need to know what AI I want?
Bring the business problem and the current work. I determine which tools and changes are worth considering, then explain the recommendation.
Will all our software have to change?
The design starts with the systems you already use. Useful software stays in place. A replacement needs a reason strong enough to justify its cost and disruption.
What stays human?
We identify the decisions that need judgment, approval or a relationship. Each system receives only the authority we agree, with a way to stop and get help when the case falls outside it.
How much of my time does this need?
The read includes a 90-minute working session. For continuing work, we agree who needs to participate, which decisions need you and the review schedule. I own coordination within the agreed scope.
What happens if the first change does not justify expanding?
The evidence remains useful. We decide whether to revise the workflow, keep a limited version or stop. Further spending needs a reason.
Who owns the system?
Your business retains control of its data and client environments. Documentation records where the work runs, who owns it and how another competent operator can maintain it.
